Data & Privacy: All your personal data (or the personal data of the person you are sending a gift to) is protected. Any personal data is used solely for handling the orders, delivering the products and services, processing payments and/or communicating with you about your orders. Under no circumstances this confidential information will be disclosed to a third party.
Supply: DLCshop undertakes to supply you with the goods described in this Web Page or in its brochure, by any date you might reasonably request.
Contact:We will contact you in the case where there is an error in your order or a problem with the delivery date you requested or with the availability of the specific goods ordered. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund.
Delivery: Delivery method is by courier or post mail for small parcels. You can also have the choice to pick up the products from our warehouse, which is free of charge.
Guarantee: In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our products and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Refunds: In the event of a faulty you should contact with us by email or phone and a replacement will send to you after you ship/bring the faulty product (if that’s the case) back to us.
Payment: Our customers have the advantage of paying upon the delivery of the goods. An invoice will be insured in the package with the product.
VAT: All product prices are inclusive of V.A.T (15%). In some countries there is a charge of excise duty due and when shipping via Courier Service, the duties of each country will apply. In case this is known to us, we will inform you beforehand. Any such duties will be paid by us to the Courier Service. If these have not been taken into consideration at the time of placing your order we will contact you.
Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus Courts.
